The only Final Fantasy VII characters to appear in the arcade version were Cloud Strife and Tifa Lockhart. Later that year Squaresoft released a new version of Ehrgeiz for the Playstation, in which several other characters from Final Fantasy VII appeared. Among these was Vincent, who does not only turn up in his ordinary red cloak but also in his Turks costume. A special Millenium Collection edition featuring a statue of Vincent vs. Vincent was also released in 2000.
